I love my apartment utilities are low snd people are nice

I lived here for a year and always had a good response from the staff. The neighbors were quiet and I always felt safe. Good place.

First let me say Dorie is a very nice person and very understanding and caring she is just very wonderful and easy to get a long with She goes out of her way to make sure everybody is well I lived at Pepperwood in 2012 when she took over as property manager Because the other guy who was there He didn't pay the Internet or cable bill for 2 years so every body was getting free internet and cable with out having to pay for it that is until he got fired but anyway I love this place.
